By commissioning me, you agree to all terms listed here.
These terms may update at any time, and I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.PAYMENTPayment is upfront unless otherwise discussed.All prices are in USD, taken through DeviantArt or Ko-fi, Ko-fi being my preferred method.I do not start the commission until payment is received.PROCESS AND COMMUNICATIONI will provide one update of the sketching stage unless said otherwise, to approve pose and/or design features.You must respond within 24 hours to approve updates, or I’ll continue based on my best judgment.Turnaround time varies from a few days to a few weeks depending on complexity and my schedule.REVISIONSSmall changes can be made to the sketch. After the artwork is completed, changes will not be made.USAGE RIGHTSPersonal use only unless agreed otherwise.YOU MAY:
Use the art as icons, profile pictures, banners, etc. (Whatever it was labeled as) ! with credit. !
Post it with bold credit.YOU MAY NOT:
Remove my watermark
Claim the artwork as your own
Use it for NFTs, AI training, or resale
Profit from the artwork in any way unless that was it's sole purpose and was agreed uponI RETAIN THE RIGHT TO:
Display the art in my portfolio, examples, or social media
Stream or record the creation processREFUND POLICYPartial refunds can be given after the sketch has been made.
No refunds once the artwork is completed.
If for any reason I'm unable to complete your commission, you will be given a full refund.FILE DELIVERYFinished commissions will usually be automatically posted on DeviantArt and/or TH, Bsky, and Tumlr and sent to character TH.Upon request, Files will be sent through a st.ash link or emailed.CLIENT CONDUCTHarassment, rushing, or disrespect will result in cancellation without refund. (Reminders or checking in on progress is welcome.)Be clear with your references and requests to avoid misunderstandings.AGREEMENTBy commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all terms above.

ADOPTS AND DESIGNS

REFUNDSI do not give refunds to any of my adopts or sold characters under any circumstances.RESALEYou are free to re-sell any characters that you obtained from me, but you cannot sell it for more than you purchased it for unless there is additional art being offered with said character.If you obtained the character via character trade, you can sell it for your own set price.PERMISSIONSYou cannot profit from any characters obtained from me unless specifically discussed otherwise.Do not draw any characters obtained from me as NSWF, Fetish, etc.Feel free to change species, design, gender presentation, etc. But always credit me as the original designer.
